Where we ship
We ship to Spain and more than 25 countries across Europe, the Americas and Oceania. Available countries are shown at checkout when you enter your address.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping to Spain and the European Union: 7–12 business days.
- Shipping to the rest of the world: 10–20 business days, depending on the country.
These times are estimates and may be a few days longer during Black Friday or Christmas. In any case, your order will be delivered within 30 days of purchase; if that is not possible, we will let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.
Advent season: to get your calendar by December 1st, order before November 15th if you live in Spain or the EU, and before November 10th if you live outside the EU.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free to most countries. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Taxes and customs
Spain and European Union: prices include VAT. You won't pay any extra charges on delivery.
Outside the European Union: your country's authorities may charge import taxes or duties when the parcel arrives. These charges are outside our control and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Issues
- Wrong address: please check your details carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible; once the order has shipped, we can't guarantee the change.
- Damaged parcel: take photos of the parcel and product and send them to soporrtetienda@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund it.
- Not arrived: if tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, email soporrtetienda@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
