Acceptance

By placing an order you accept these terms. You must be of legal age and provide accurate information to make a purchase.

Ordering

Choose your products, add them to your cart, enter your details and pay at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email, which serves as proof of the contract.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. For Spain and the EU they include VAT; outside the EU, import taxes or duties may apply and are paid by the recipient (see Shipping policy). Shipping costs are shown before payment. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll let you know and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Availability

If a product sells out after your purchase, we'll let you know and refund you within 14 days.

Products

We do our best to make photos and descriptions accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. The figures are decorative, contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

These are governed by our Shipping policy and Returns policy. You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase and a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Capy Calendar or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (transport strikes, weather events, etc.), without prejudice to your consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase will always apply.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence. If you have any problem, please email us first at soporrtetienda@gmail.com; we reply within 48 business hours.
