14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
How to return
- Email soporrtetienda@gmail.com with your order number saying you want to return it. You can also request it from "My orders" in your account or use the form below.
- We'll confirm the return and send you the return address. You'll have 14 days from your request to send it back.
- Keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
Product condition
The product must be returned complete and in its packaging. You can open it to check it as you would in a shop, but if the calendar has been used (doors opened, figures removed or damaged), we may deduct the loss in value caused by that use from your refund.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.
Refunds
We'll refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of you telling us about the return. We may wait until we receive the product (or proof that you've sent it) before refunding. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Faulty or wrong products
If you receive a faulty product or one that's different from what you ordered, send photos to soporrtetienda@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost. All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the product and place a new order for the design you prefer.
